LME Clear names former Nasdaq CFO David Warren as new chair

LME Clear, the London Metal Exchange’s clearing house, has appointed David Warren as its new chair.

Warren will take over on 20 July for Marco Strimer, who is stepping down as his term expires. Strimer will stay on as director until the end of the year to help with the transition.
